There seems to be an error with the Youtube link above

Try putting @portmanroadcharitywalk

In the Youtube search bar to see his first few shortie vids from day one of this audacious undertaking

Quick update on progress

A huge day of walking on Monday 13th, kept going way beyond dusk and into the night. Reached his destination of High Wycombe

However, there was rain damage to his phone, so part of yesterday... Tuesday 14th, was spent sorting that out and as a consequence the milage was not as great.

Milage....comfortably passed the halfway mark

Sponsorship.... just a whisker away from the halfway mark

Amusing videos..... not quite as plentiful, but still enough to showcase his determination and good humour.

Today, Thursday 15th, he left his digs before dawn in order to make some miles

You just have to admire the fella, such character, such spirit

Please donate if you have a few spare quids

He's doing brilliantly and taking all the bad weather and hills with good humour. Very proud of James and indeed all our South West gang.

Latest update

Thurday 15th was a good day, 19.7 miles

Today, Friday 16th, another good day at 17.9 miles

James is currently in Hatfield and headed towards Bishop's Stortford tomorrow

I think he is in a bit of pain in his ankle from what I can surmise, but in good spirits and absolutely determined to press on to Portman Road

Sponsorship is just shy of 70%, £1620 of the £2400 target

Please donate here to help James on the last bit of his epic journey

Many thanks
