Unfortunately, he seems to be getting worse wirh each game.

Very weedy and not much product. Another one who is no doubt low on confidence.

Some pretty expensive no shows tonight.

Utterly toothless going forward.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Difference between starting team and the back ups.

Greaves, Egeli, Mcateer, Hirst - not good enough.

Baggott doesn't look anywhere near ready either.

Johnson been ok as has Akpom although still think he's better up front.

No idea why we are picking him out. He's been ok. No better and no worse.

We were better team until around 20-25.

Wrexham have got better and better. It's tricky for our lads as just not many relationships out there.

Poll: Who do we think McKenna (not you) will partner Greaves with ?

Agree. 0 shots on target is also worrying. We spend these 4/5 minute phases of play in possession that are just brainless, walking pace passing. We then sometimes, eventually get into a position, panic and make a terrible decision.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

I did think that too.

Frightening to think how much money we have paid for or are paying some of these players.

Totally get there will be a lack of fluency but dear oh dear some - some real guff out there.

Hirst and Egeli is like playing with 9 men.

And if we ever get an offer for Ben Johnson I will gladly drive him there myself.

This has happened a few times this season. We look great for 20 minutes, but if we don't score during that period, the momentum shifts and we generally concede. I don't understand why this keeps happening.

Maybe missing chances affects our confidence. We should have been two up before they scored.

Done nothing since Coventry at home looks lightweight and anonymous.

I hope it’s confidence as that can come back. I’m not sure what he’s meant to be good at. His crosses are poor, he’s not especially quick or strong, he’s not tricky, passing isn’t great.

He’s young but I just don’t really see the potential people talk of. If he cost 2 million we would be saying move him on.

Can we maybe refrain from slagging off a 19 year old lad in a strange country, trying to make his way and build confidence?

Sometimes I'm ashamed to support this club.

He’s been shocking. But he’s young and adjusting to Championship football. He looks miles off being ready though - a loan out to L1 would have been handy.

Yep, it's a tough business, he looks miles off it..not sure if its that price tag that's weighing him down, I just hope it is, he has to be better than this, like you say maybe he needs loaning out to toughen him up a bit..

Such absolutely ridiculous hyperbole. I thought he had a really poor last 5-10 mins. Before that he was 6/10. Not shocking at all. Just not great.

And yet every now and again he plays a fantastic ball through/over lines or delivery into the box. It's nowhere near enough yet for him to play regularly. But he has to develop, get consistent and impact games much more consistently. But he's 19 in a brand new country and arguably the most competitive and demanding division going in terms or intensity and constant games.

Who in their right mind pays 18 million for a player and loans them to league 1.

The worrying thing is I think you’re right.
