A really weird use of the squad and not much quality to be found. Feel for Baggott as he was lost out there and Egeli not much better. Jack Clarke at left back and Kipre pulled off at half time. What a world. Made me nostalgic for league one coming here

Yes to all 3 points... Would definitely say Derby win was more dominant than Ipswich 3-4 Leeds where Leeds scored from their only 4 chances and Ipswich basically ran the game. Last night was crap but it's not reflective of recent performances in the league with our best team out. [Post edited 14 Feb 11:14]

I've given you stick for supporting both Ipswich and Leicester (still don't fully get it but each to their own) but it's clear you watch a lot more of Ipswich than this other chump.

I was at that game and to say the scoreline flattered Leeds would be an extreme understatement. They scored 4 goals despite seeming to be under the cosh all game, their finishing was top drawer in fairness. Anyone who watched it and came away thinking Leeds dominated is only remembering the result, if you played that same game 10 times reckon Ipswich would win 7 or 8 times. On the other hand they did batter Ipswich at Elland Road.

| Complete waste of time that on 10:45 - Feb 14 by ITFCSG | McKenna talks a good story like his boss Ashton today but let's see what the scoreline will be next week when we play them in the League. I took half a day off to travel to fooking Wales freezing my a$$ off to watch an inept $hitshow in which our players looked as if they were in a training session. Baggott can't even get into the Indonesian national team ranked 122nd in the world playing in the mickey mouse Southeast Asian and Asian Cup qualifiers you think he can pull up trees in the Championship? If it is more of the same ponderous and aimless passing sideways and backwards to nowhere with strikers that fall over and fire blanks then it is not the changes made or the FA Cup but rather a team that is mentally weak, has no passion for the shirt and are happy just going through the motions week in week out. How many poor matches had we have this season already? This is not a one off. It is the underlying attitude and tactics that is worrying. For every brilliant win i.e. Cov there are also plenty of matches where we were extremely poor. Both Preston matches. Sheff Utd away. Oxford away. Blackburn away. Bristol away. Is this the standard of the most expensive team in the entire EFL? And don't start comparing us with Leicester and Southampton this season, they are where they were for other issues. If we continue to spunk £££ on useless players like McAteer and Egeli then perhaps we will end up like them in no time. Wake up ffs. |
“Wake up ffs” And do what? Call for a change of manager? Change of CEO? Demand a revolution because we lost a cup game?

Think it is fair to say that most of the points dropped this season have been down to us underperforming. Annoying when the majority of players are below par rather than just 1 or 2 Wrexham was a classic example.

Bring in a chairman to oversee what the ceo and his recruitment team are planning. Have someone who can question a decision to spend 20 mill on a 19 year old or 13 mill on another teams bench player Someone who can actually question ashtons plans rather than just owners who accept his annual sales pitches about how great he is.
