I was thinking the same about Lief, he really has become Mr Ipswich, always at the centre of things, such an important part of the club.
Saying that, its another likeable bunch of players overall.
But all I read is how so much of our support cannot get behind this team and they’re not as likable, there is no team spirit etc etc.
The guff and nonsense that has come out towards McKenna and some of our players this season has really be dispiriting and so sad to hear and read. So much entitlement after being spoilt by two once in a generation seasons.
I hope finally the majority of supporters can truly back the team whatever happened between now and May. It could be the difference
So many good things in there. I haven't watched one for a while, but I get the feeling the camaraderie has really built in the squad. Love Dara's gee ups and Leif is very clearly a proper hands on leader now too. Super stuff. Ivan and Marcelino always so happy, Kippers is there for everyone. Wes back and bringing the energy too. Love it.
Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

I think that's why I enjoy the Town in 5, it's a nice reminder that the players are human, and generally good ones at that. They seem to be engaged with the fans and mascots more than I see at many other clubs. Not a player I dislike and I've not always been able to say that.
Definitely time to get behind them no matter what and see if we can make the difference.

Yep, the team spirit is definitely there to say the least. You could see how happy they were that Hirst seems to have ended his drought, and when Azon scored in the reverse fixture.
I am fully expecting the entire team and bench to leap on McAteer when he scores, provided it's not just a consolation goal.
