Yellows / Reds and Bans 10:10 - Mar 3 with 423 views

So, Matusiwa and Furlong are on 9 yellows ( I think), 1 away from a 2 game ban, with 4 games remaining.

If they were to get a yellow in tonight's game, is it worth them getting sent off (last minute) so it's a red and a one game ban rather than 2?

Or as it would be seen as 2 yellows, would they get the 2 game ban? or even the 2 game with another 1 on top?

If its the same rule as step 5 it would be 2 game for the yellow suspension and 1 for the red

Furlong was dismissed for two yellows on the first match of the season and that hasn’t counted towards his nine. Due to that red card he will receive a bonus match suspension so for any subsequent red cards this season so not particularly worthwhile him picking up another one.
