I doubt it, we only managed to squeeze in over 30k for Liverpool, Man Utd and Spurs last season.
This season Norwich was 29,809 so us can't see us exceeding that.
I guess to top 30k, all seats in the press box, TV studio, TV gantry, Directors Box and behind the dugouts have to be occupied. | | | |

As far as I know, the Three Lion's Lounge doesn't include seating in front of the lounge, you get the lounge access and choose a seat in Block R or Y.
To sit directly outside the lounges at the level of the boxes, you either need a box, the Level Head Lounge or the S&P Lounge. | |
