No chance of this happening this Summer. It's a huge amount of work and they don't even have planning permission for anything. If they submitted paperwork today they wouldn't get a planning decision by the end of summer.
There is reason to believe this is the plan going forward, but the timescales are delusional. It won't be happening this summer. |  | | |
