Bournemouth will always be a small club. No amount of money is changing that. And where’s the upside for McKenna in going there? He’d have to crack the top six or win a trophy to be a success there, neither of which seems remotely likely. |
It’s not the 80s - Bournemouth are an established PL side whose transfer budget will be bigger than ours. They also have better players - if he does well there then after a couple of seasons he could possibly be in a position to move to a top five club.
