Anyone else having trouble ? I won the ballot, said avaliable today from 10am but when I log on nothing showing ?

You only get an email if you win in the ballot, so no email == you weren't lucky.

my daughter was successful in the ballot and told me that she got hers and my grandson’s tix..apparently they were a bit on the drag releasing them…

Hi,
Happened to me as well.
Successful in the ballot but QPR game not showing.
Phoned the ticket office and they resolved it quickly but I had to get different tickets than I wanted because the ticket office opens at 10 and guess what? The tickets go on sale at 10 so the delay cost me.

Opening a ticket office at 10 does not make any sense when the tickets go on sale at 10 sharp.

Its definitely not "the best version of ourselves"!

Sent a complaint in and received a very quick and detailed reply from the ticket office.

Very impressive.

I’ve always found the ticket office to be helpful and efficient each time I’ve had to contact them
