That’s simply delusional.

What was he watching? We should have been a couple up at half time. Second was more even, they maybe shaded it, but they weren't anywhere close to being the better team for 90 minutes.

Did he mean over the minutes rather than for 90 minutes?

Even then, they only shaded it on shots on target.

They didn't seem to have to work as hard as we did to create good shots on goal.

He certainly came across as an utter tool at the end of the game, so sounds like he continued that.

He was having a proper blub at the end. Very funny.

McKenna thought Tuesday's game was "even" when we were absolutely dominated. Managers can be delusional - especially when under pressure at this point of the season.

A manager on the pitch arguing with an opposition player is not a good look.

Wouldn't even matter if they were ( they weren't ). The object of a football game is to score more goals than the opposition, not to simply be " the better team ".

They had a spell after they scored their second, for about 15 minutes, when they were clearly the better team. The rest of the game we were the better of the two.

What I have learnt over the course of the last few games, and which I probably should have learnt decades ago, is that managers are, just like fans, enormous numpties and express wildly inaccurate opinions based on their own team bias.

Don't boil a kettle on a boat.

We were the better team in the first half, they were the better side in the 2nd. A draw was probably a fair result. I’d disagree that they were the better side overall though.
