Purchase of QPR tickets 10:38 - Apr 20 with 899 viewsBroadbent23

I entered the website and waited in the home ticket section for 45 minutes prior to sales window to open at 10am nothing changed so I clicked on tickets again to find a queue of 3800. With a possible waiting time of 15 minutes (then a likelihood of no tickets) I was pleasantly surprised to get a ticket. Surely the club could have a better system. Sell the reminder via ballets or a scheme to benefit the foundation. The ticket is Restricted View but this match is huge whatever our end journey this season. Bigger stadium please.

Poll: Should there be a min football stadium capacity for each League. eg Cham 20K

You may have to enter from 9:30 onwards to enter the queue i.e. 30mins prior to going on sale

My dad called me, he entered the queue at 9:30 and at 10 was given a queue position. He then opened a fresh window and was given a better queue position which doesn't really seem right.

He got one in the North upper though. I told him he could've had my ST but he's hoping I'll go along with him, which I probably will now to make sure he gets there and back OK and have a beer with him.

Interesting the issues over buying tickets which were around every game during the Prem season have now resurfaced for the last game of this season....not a peep from the preceding 22 home games!

To be honest, the random allocation of place in a queue for every member logged on before 10am seems a fair allocation compared to the fastest finger first, crash the system, everyone whinging process of yore

Perhaps the system adopted for Huddersfield 2 seasons ago of attending 5 or more that season would have been an idea? Agreed not easy to distribute fairly.

I don't think selling via ballet is any fairer, although it would boost attendance at the ballet.
