| Leicester players.. 12:02 - Apr 20 with 2805 views | Blue_Uprising | Where might they end up? It would be unpopular with fans of lots of teams, given how they have capitulated. But which Leicester players could be fully redeemed in good sides next year, away from the Leicester circus. Any we would see as realistic targets / or would want here? [Post edited 20 Apr 12:05]

| Leicester players.. on 12:17 - Apr 20 with 2389 views | bartyg | They will have to sell a lot of assets in order to reduce wages. Could be some bargains in there as they still have a talented squad. Only ones for me- Vestergaard- Heaps of prem experience, would be great depth in CB (which we lack currently), out of contract next year Fatawu- clearly very talented but likely to be their most in demand asset Jordan James would top the list but he's on loan from Rennes. | |

We would have to match their wages though as I'm pretty sure I heard that there are a lot of them without relegation clauses in contracts so if nobody comes in for them (and given the attitude of a lot of them, why would they) , they can sit in League One on Prem or near Prem contracts and burn holes in the Leicester coffers. They are in an absolute mess. [Post edited 20 Apr 12:23]

Harry Winks rumoured to be on £80K per week, no idea if that is true, decent player but not worth that.
| Leicester players.. on 12:40 - Apr 20 with 2248 views | NthQldITFC | Was thinking the same earlier, after watching BM. I think we should be targeting quite a few of them, they have PL experience and quality. Not sure which ones mind. | |

| Leicester players.. on 12:49 - Apr 20 with 2159 views | surreyblue | As others have said, Jordan James if we can get him from Rennes. I've always liked Joe Aribo as well, I thought his style of play would work well as part of the double pivot, but it looks like he has had a tough season both at southampton and leicester. | | | |
| Leicester players.. on 12:50 - Apr 20 with 2139 views | WeWereZombies | Jordan Ayew is getting on a bit but if he is available on sensible wages and would accept a one or two year contract I think he would make a tremendous impact substitute in the Premier League, there might even be a late flowering á la Welbeck in him. | |

I think we would be able to cover their wages if we're in the premier league, my point was on the transfer fees

I'd read earlier in the season, 7 of the top 10 earners in the Championship are at Leicester. Matt Targett (at Boro) is the highest paid player on £100k a week due to his wage from his parent club.

Think every parachute club plus a few premier league would join us.

| Leicester players.. on 13:18 - Apr 20 with 1909 views | BlueBlood90 | Jordan James would be the obvious target. He'll be going back to Rennes and you'd like to think we may have built a decent relationship with them while securing Matusiwa last summer. In terms of quality, Fatawu would be a top signing, but there has to be question marks over his attitude these past few months | |

Indeed, definitely James, I’d have reservations- a lot of their squad will have 3 relegations in 4 years, so question marks about the impact they could have in the PL. I think tbh Leicester will have to settle their contracts as part of any deal, because I can’t see anyone offering the kind of wages they are on even in the PL.

Most recent accounts show a wage bill of over £150M - more than double ours for the same season. I'm sure, like ours, it will be lower than that this season with relegation clauses, but it's still likely to be £100+M. Imagine taking much of that into L1!
| Leicester players.. on 15:27 - Apr 20 with 1509 views | ringwoodblue | To answer your initial question/ who cares! I wouldn’t want any of them in a Town shirt as they haven’t shown any fight or dedication to their existing team all season. Some are gifted players for sure but they just can’t be arsed it seems. | |

Even in a relegation season there are players that have done well. Terry Butcher was still sought after when we went down as was Liam Delap.

Especially as a lot of those players will have done back to back relegations, in all likelihood. I'd rather we went for players that would improve us in a way that would give us a better chance of staying up, and I'm not sure many of theirs would.

| Leicester players.. on 16:11 - Apr 20 with 1373 views | Nthsuffolkblue | Stolarczyk is a decent keeper but is he any better than what we have already? Begovic is 38 now and out injured. Vestergaard used to be a very good centre who is now 33 and currently out injured. Oliver Skipp DM aged 25? Mavididi, Fatawu and Daka all good players on their day. Are they consistent enough? I don't know. Ayew is 34 now. Whether any of their youngsters are good enough or have the potential who knows? But, as we have seen with McAteer, unless they are already the finished article many of our fans won't have any patience with them. | |

16 year old left winger. Can you imagine some of our fans seeing him get minutes in place of Clarke and Philogene? He would be crucified more than Walle Egeli has been unless he is at least as good as them already and never has a poor game.

Ayew is terrible, just coz he scored against us doesnt excuse how bad he was for Palace and now Leicester.
