If you were Pep what would you do next? 11:43 - May 19 with 1437 viewsgiant_stow

Maybe an Italian club? A national team? I wouldn't have thought so... Maybe some kind of challenger club? I'd love to see a top manager try to turn a small club into title winners, but maybe thats too much to hope for, so how about Marseille?

Don't care but I hope him leaving means City are finally about to get their punishment.

He looked proper stressed last year - and won't need another penny. Got nothing to prove in terms of his managerial reputation.

National team role - can't see him managing Spain as a strong Catalan.

Suspect he'll opt for the ambassador type roles that keep him in at arms length to the game whilst he still gets to see lots of games and enjoy his time (Like Klopp or Wenger do now)

What's his family life like? If he has young grandkids that could defo sway his thinking too - some quality family time when young and healthy enough to really enjoy it...

Go manage Ipswich Town for some more Champions League glory after McKenna was poached for the England job.

He recently split up from his wife.

Think he likes living in New York, has spoken about liking the anonymity and has said he won't go on like Wenger and Fergie did.

Wouldn't be surprised if he called it a day.

Now there's a scenario! Always liked Pep, since he was a player. Excellent defensive midfielder at Barcelona, and nothing I can say about his managerial record that hasn't been said a hundred times or more. Nice guy too. If any one doubts it, read the coloumn by Tony Pulis on the BBC Sport website. I'll bet whatever he decides to do next, whenever he decides to do it, he'll make his mark.

Buy Chelmsford City get US investors onboard, build 50k stadium, get into EFL asap.
Rename club Essex Utd. Essex with huge 2m population, he could be managing them in Champions League within 10 years! Easy....

In reality he will enjoy a break watching World Cup and probably start next season at A C Milan

When I play Football Manager, after taking my club to be the Champions and won the cup, I get fed up and choose a club with no hope.
Norwich then.
