| My take on Eriksen 09:13 - Jun 8 with 802 views | RIPbobby | My initial thoughts on him playing on after two heart issues on the pitch over the last six years that he was being irresponsible and putting lots of people on edge whenever he plays. But the more I think about it is he being really helpful to humankind? They have implanted a device into him that essentially kickstarts his heart when things go wrong. My understanding of it is that it is very much in the experimental stage and he is a live test subject. So should we be thanking him for putting his life on edge to try and help the species? If so that is a really kind thing to do. What a person he must be. [Post edited 8 Jun 9:14]

So I assume that you're being ironic, in which case, Its a poor show to try and tell people with an ICD how they should live their lives. Unless you're a cardiologist of course, they have permission to do that.

So essentially Eriksen's heart started to beat irregularly and the icd helped to correct it. And yes, I do know what I'm talking about.

I think it is simply a case of someone who loves what they do trying to continue to do it, nothing more / nothing less.
