It was the Farage issue. He lied to the fans. He first came out and said they had no knowledge of it and then it turned out that we cinvited Farage. The was backed up by the bespoke shirts that had been arranged beforehand and exclusive access to the changing rooms.

It’s fine for people to have differing views on that fiasco, but he lied. Let’s hope he’s learnt from it. Given his mealy-mouthed ‘apology’ afterwards I suspect he hasn’t learnt at all, but that’s just my reading of it.

The most tragic thing is...

If (and I absolutely hope he is) he is still here in 5 years, there will still be posters on here, bleating on about Farage.

In the normal world, we've moved on

"Please list the ‘huge amount we’ve wasted on transfers’ who’ve been banished on loan, sold for less than we paid or otherwise aren’t first choice’."

Egeli,
Muric,
Ogbene
Szmodics
McAteer (behind Burns and Egeli most of season),
Greaves (Kipré played more last season)

All major signings. >70m total. You're welcome.

So if you were in charge you’d let them all go on a free transfer. That includes Muric where if offered say £6m you’d say no, no, no, he’s rubbish have him for nothing.

Yes or no. If the answer is no, how much would you accept for them individually?

Why do you keep hanging on to it though, it’s getting boring now!!!

I support ITFC and this guy and others have taken us to our best five years in a long time yet you just want to find fault. You have an opinion which I respect but for the love of god let it go and stop being so goddam negative!

Now there's a mind set for getting by in the 21st Century!

This has been explained to you multiple times.

Egeli. One for the future who is still worth what we paid for him at least. Was a regular squad player (probably many more minutes on the pitch than expected).
Muric didn't work out but still likely to recoup a good proportion of the fee thanks to him having a good season on loan last season.
Ogbene is still our player and looked every part a Premier League player when he played there. His injury means he may never recover that. Any player an get injured.
Szmodics was one of our most impactful Premier League players but something happened off the pitch that meant he was sent on loan. How will a new manager handle this? Likely not to realise what we paid for him but could still be a Premier League player for us under a new manager.
McAteer was signed as a prospect and progressed through last season. Was getting regular pitch time and making an impact by the end of the season. He wasn't a big money signing.
Greaves was a regular as was Kipré as we won promotion. Why does it matter that Kipré played so well that he forced himself ahead of Greaves for a significant part of the season? I would imagine each pushed the other to the levels they were at to some degree. Is that a bad thing?

Do you think that collectively they are worth significantly less than £70M (slightly over £10M each on average)? If so, I suspect you do not realise the value of current Championship and Premier League players.

I’m sure most of the heroes on here think they work for the CIA or some other agencies.

What have we had so far.. ‘look at his eyes’ ‘he looks drained to me’ and such like.

I’m not sure why some want him gone so bad, when the club is in such a great place,it really baffles me tbh.

"I’m not sure why some want him gone so bad, ... " I agree with others - I wanted him.gone, but think it best he stays a bit now that KM has gone. But I cannot overlook/forget the fact that he brazenly lied to us fans - after all he's said about 'being the best version of ourselves', representing the club, etc, etc. Says one thing but does another.

Yes, he's done a good job, and yes we need him at the moment. But his lack of authenticity is huge. Thats why I've wanted him gone. You can book mark this in case you forget again!!

Poll: Right now, who would you rather have as Prime Minister?
