would be very underwhelmed and would it as a the first 'back step' by Ashton the owners

Worse than allowed the Farage Fiasco

I am usually a very positive person but cant get my head round in what world he would be a good appointment

Still in Ashton we trust .....

Who would you go for Keno? Who would you be excited by?

If you read up on him, and about his coaching style, he's quite positive in the way he plays and quite innovative.

Remember we were going into this season with a manager with 4 Premier League wins to his name,

GON wasn't my first choice, but I don't think he's a bad manager.

Out of the two runners Ole

Out of those named the Viking guy

Out of others who were “possibles” Anthony Barry, Motta, topmoller, Jansen, Brian Murphy, manning (if he was well enough)

That’s without a lot of thought

Surely it can’t be O’Neill?

McKenna goes for free, and then we have to pay to get O'Neil?

Chant works if that helps.

Gary O Neils
(slight pause)
Blue and white army.

Ps. It is not helping.

When he was at Bristol city, before the tragic family issues, I thought he was one manager who tactically got the better of McKenna. They should have beaten us at PR

If he felt up to the role I’d be happier with him

Likening a potential manager to Paul Lambert is probably not going to help

Joe Royle? Erm, yeah he was alright actually

Lambert was awful. Cook certainly not the worst Paul we've ever had

Either way the Norwich connection wasn't the thing that made them awful

Agree with this.

Massively underwhelmed with this, and franky getting fed up of Ashton talking lots but saying little.

Poll: Are we too predictable to play against?

We are going for a solid, pragmatic manager. By definition it's unlikely to set pulses racing. We've clearly not gone down the foreign and unproven in the PL route. I'm sure people would have been romantically excited by that prospect, but it has just as much chance as failing as this route does. He will be judged by results, but as Town fans we need to give him good support in the early months to make sure the project isn't doomed from the beginning.

TWTD CP. Evans Out.
Poll: Neil Young or Lynyrd Skynyrd - there is no middle ground.
