We are going for a solid, pragmatic manager. By definition it's unlikely to set pulses racing. We've clearly not gone down the foreign and unproven in the PL route. I'm sure people would have been romantically excited by that prospect, but it has just as much chance as failing as this route does. He will be judged by results, but as Town fans we need to give him good support in the early months to make sure the project isn't doomed from the beginning. |  |
