Is buying town tickets normally that painful nowadays? 16:39 - Jul 1 with 400 viewsFrimleyBlue

got me and my son a ticket for Wycombe, decided against the oxford one first

Anyways, it would let me buy mine, but he had to create an account to buy one for himself as it was limited to 1 ticket per person.

Is that the new normal? ( by new, i appreciate it may have been this way for a while, but the last tickets i've purchased have been tickets in the other teams stands

It feels unnecessarily restrictive for a pre-season friendly.

For the home games you can get up to four tickets on one number on general sale, may have been an oversight for the away games.

Yes. even for home games you have to allocate tickets to different accounts so anyone you're buying for you need to add them to your friends anad family. It was a faff for a few members of my family as they didn't know their customer numbers and if they did, theyd changed address so I had to try numerous postcodes.....!

Once its set up it's fine though. As other say, seems a bit OTT for a pre season friendly.
