I'm all for stopping this kind of thing but the rules state that if a keeper is fouled and injured, then it doesn't apply, so wait for Raya, Martinez, Donnaruma etc to get a slight nudge at a corner and then proceed to go down....... |  | | |

That's definitely the problem.
For it to work properly, officials need to stop wrapping GKs in cotton wool, and accept that a degree of contact (even with a GK) is part and parcel of football. | |

Or have to gather in the centre circle.

I mean its a start. The goalies have been just sitting down when the ball goes out to waste time.
Quite frankly its pathetic isn't it? I wish refs would actually add the correct amount of time on too. I'm sure teams have worked out that time wasting is still the way the go. It can't be hard to analyse how much time was wated to how much that was added on. | | | |

It is, they should be operating under the same rules as outfield players. A protected species for far too long. Ironic, given that they're often amongst the tallest and biggest players on a pitch. |  | | |
