Diop is going to be excellent for us. Calm, huge presence and good reader of the game.

Also impressed with Luis. Has the combo of physicality and technical ability needed for PL. Broke things up and played some neat passes.

Fatawu excellent. Very skillful. A few little arguments with Dara about defensive side I think but really dangerous on the ball.

Dara at RB but the usual shuffle across when Leif was pushed up. Leif played really really high . I think it suits him. Reminded me of a few seasons ago.

Fatawu and Maeda v wide. I love Clarke but it's nice to have wingers really pushed wide and hugging the touchline.

Maeda is going to be fun to watch.

O'Neil all action on the sidelines. Seems like transitions and being into position quickly very big part of his focus.

Egeli looks free in the 10. Suits him.

Emersonn is raw but quality. Nice weighted assist and did well for his goal. Looks to be a good focal point.

Second Dutch keeper lovely distribution.

All in all impressed. Early days but this feels like a team that is going to be v solid but dangerous.
