My mate has downloaded her season ticket no problem... but has been concerned that she doesn't have the contactless symbol above the ticket that the rest of us have.
Turns out her phone, a Galaxy A12, doesn't have NFC capability. So despite the ticket being there in her Google Wallet, it's not going to work.
I've told her to contact the ticket office tomorrow. If she has a more up to date phone with NFC, can she download the ST to that, despite having already downloaded it to the old phone? I can't see that situation in the FAQs.
I imagine there will be a lot of people with old phones caught on Saturday. If you have the ticket downloaded it's reasonable to assume it's going to work! |  |

There’s an option to remove the pass from the wallet, I’m not sure if that will enable it to be downloaded again or if the T/O will have to ‘reset’ it. |  |

The FAQs state this about those who, say,. run out of battery or lose their phone. Issues with the phone more generally presumably fall into the same category.
"Please visit the Matchday Ticket Office located at the corner of the Sir Bobby Robson Stand and West Stand on Sir Alf Ramsey Way.
A replacement matchday ticket can be issued. A reprint fee may apply,"
