No thanks. I didn’t like how he left the club. I suspect it’s all nonsense and he’ll stay at Forest anyway.

They probably will, Rafa Leao is linked with a move away for €45m

He really was excellent for us. Probably a little lightweight that first Prem season, but I suspect he’s now adapted and a move to AC Milan feels about right for him. On balance, he probably is now better than Fatawu.

Had he stayed with us last season, I'm convinced he'd be the 1st name on the teamsheet this season. He woild have been the best player in the Championship. We wouldn't have needed to sign Fatawu this summer.

I doubt it. Hutchinson is a good player who may yet develop into a better one. He was the best player in our team a couple of years ago, but the standard of our players overall has risen since then. OH commands mixed views on the Forest forum. I’d say the view to keep or ditch is 50/50. Plenty think it was £37.5m hosed up the wall, plenty think he’s ok with more to come. His size raises plenty of comment which of course is important unless you have special talent, Zola style, or rapid pace which Omari doesn’t have. Somebody describes him as ‘nippy’, which looks about right to me. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Didn't like the way he left us, if I'm being totally honest. Obviously I don't the the full story, but from what I heard and read, I didn't like it. Good luck to the lad and I wish him well, just not here.

You are right in that we don’t know the full story. However, when you drill it down, either McKenna wanted him out or he wanted to go. We know the former isn’t right so it was down to OH and his agent. Yes, I’m sure he wanted to play at the top level for a big club and is ambitious. Nothing wrong with that. There is though if you go about it the wrong way. Maybe the poor lad really had those injury niggles, a cold, plague, cholera whatever. But what seems more likely was the unprofessional moodys and a refusal to play. I wouldn’t want a player with that attitude back under any circumstances. I enjoyed his time here. In the promotion campaign he was exceptional once he settled. In the Premier, he did better than most in a poor team. Like you, MK1 I wish him well, wherever he goes.

For me not making yourself available to play is wrong and he made that mistake and it was disappointing. But he's a young and very driven individual. Football is a short career and Omari had lots of credit in the bank for what he gave it. My view is he spent the credit but no more. He's a good kid, extremely hardworking and would give no challenges on a return in terms of giving 💯 on the pitch and training. I'd welcome.him back but I'm know that's not the same for everyone. You would also.have that challenge if relegated....

| Omar Hutchinson on 08:59 - Aug 29 with 892 views | Len_Brennan | He did well for us at times in the PL, but he wasn't anything special at that level imo. I actually think Fatawu will be far more impressive for us this season than Omari was then; again not to suggest that he didn't have his moments, I just felt that he always looked to be doing his best work going across the pitch, rather than penetrating the defence into the danger area. When Enciso came on loan you could immediately see the difference in his ability to get past PL defenders. Omari worked hard - he was terrific in that first win against Spurs - and he delivered some decent crosses in, but he wasn't the #10 he wanted to be, nor was he exceptional at beating the fullback to get to the byline. Clearly he has emerged a better player from his time at Forest; I didn't see too much of him last season, but I know he became a first team regular for them. | |

It was not a mistake. It was a deliberate act over a sustained period to get what he wanted. He knew exactly what he was doing. My view is based on an assumption and I don’t know him. But if by chance I am right, I wouldn’t want him near the club. Just a view.

That sums up the state of the country when people can’t show empathy for a poor soul suffering from a debilitating sore throat Agreed, it’s not great and tells you something about the character (even if it’s just immaturity). Good player though.

We have to pass a percentage onto Chelsea suspect it is minimum of 20% because Chelsea have to pass on 10% of what they receive to Arsenal. Looking likely as Forest are signing Daniel Munoz from Palace
