I'm not bothering to re-state the points I've already made, but this is almost identical to a hypothetical case outlined in the EHRC's guidance on indirect discrimination.
If a policy is likely to disproportionately affect a community with a specific protected characteristic (and the 'digital only' ticketing policy absolutely affects older fans more than others), then it is likely to be considered discriminatory. | |

I know many supporters of older age and they have all rolled with the times and seem to get on with it fine. | |
