| Herbivore on 16:29 - Sep 2 with 1895 views | _CliveBaker_ | Was a good poster IMO, probably more so in recent years as had seemed a bit more mellow and less confrontational. Hope he’s doing well whatever he’s up to. | | | |
| Herbivore on 18:02 - Sep 2 with 1640 views | Whos_blue | I don't know Herbs but I always thought of him as a kindred spirit around here. Hope he's doing ok. There's more to life than this place (he says lying) | |

He's a good egg. Or whatever the vegan equivalent of an egg is.
| Herbivore on 18:28 - Sep 2 with 1504 views | Wallingford_Boy | Hope he’s ok, he’s a good lad, we all are despite all of us saying silly things at some point. We are passionate Ipswich fans and it’s easy to say things on here we don’t really mean, I should know that more than anyone! Love you Herbs x | |

An egg. The difference being we don’t take the hatchlings and throw them, whilst alive, into a machine that minces them up if they are male, and keep some females, and we don’t eat them, pre or post hatching. Herbs would uppie that one.

maybe he could give some sort of sign. a down arrow perhaps?
| And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show |

Vegans must have a lot of cockerels living it up somewhere if they don't do that at all. Unless they somehow create a huge female imbalance in hatchlings to enable a continuation of female hens without needing to dispose of the excess male hatchlings.

| Herbivore on 23:57 - Sep 2 with 879 views | Churchman | I’ve disagreed with Herbivore on so many things over the years, but that didn’t matter in the least. He is a flipping good poster. His posts were always thoughtful and interesting. I both respect and like him and hope he is ok and posts on here again soon. The forum is poorer without him. | | | |

Or maybe realised that monoculture arable farming ain't the greatest thing for the environment particularly in times of drought, and has gone to a retreat somewhere to consider the alternatives?
