Consistency is the thing. In the first minute of the game Dewsbury-Hall dives, rolls over multiple times following a tackle. The ball was won cleanly, but D-H tried to make it look like a foul by making out he was heavily kicked. The ref just gave a throw in so isn’t that simulation?
Then there’s case of Declan Rice. Takes aim and kicks a Brighton with the ball no where in sight. In what world isn’t that a red card? Not surprised it wasn’t seen clearly by the ref as the ball was no where near but how can VAR not intervene for that. They certainly would if a Town player did it. | | | |
