Not at this stage, given it will be very difficult to get them into the squad now. While it's not completely impossible to change the list of 25 between windows, it requires permission from the PL who have a set of priority cascades and criteria they're working to (e.g. making use of a club's own Youths first). Seems much stricter than the corresponding EFL rules.
No point in paying them two or three months wages when we can't play them anyway (plus those of the current squad player we're swapping out). |  |

They are either washed up, too old, too injury prone, too disinterested but looking for a top-up and possibly in some cases want too much dough.
