I would literally laugh my tits off if K***e gets the Manure job.

It’s going to be Conte though, which is a shame, as he will turn things around short term.

Much as I think he is a huge part of the problem and he was well out of order, you csnt drop your captain, conceded 3 to Bournemouth and expect to keep your job. Like Guillit dropping Shearer (and a couple of others). I think we could see 2 sackings this week, Sage must be close now

United will sack their manager, a new guy will come in and turn them around so they survive, only to be in the same position next year. Until they overhaul their playing squad history will keep repeating itself.

I can’t see that logically, but they are in a mess so it might happen. Playing Style wise, he’s abrasive, they’ve shown they won’t put up with that when Amorim called them out.

Seeing the guy now literally broken is horrible to see. Regardless of whatever field we work in , seeing someone suffering the way he is now is pretty crap For his own mental health he needs to step down [Post edited 25 Oct 16:37]

Didn't look great in his post match. Looked visibly upset. Man Ure have developed into a club where the players outrank the manager. No fan of theirs but shocking to see really.

I'd make Fernandez available in January, and not start him again. He's another, like Ronaldo, as per ETH's description that thinks he's bigger than the club. Some rotten apples in there for sure.

90% of the squad needs to go. He looks good in a winning team but hasnt the fight for a struggling one, he only shows up when they're winning. We were unlucky, we got the one game this year where he had the bit between his teeth, between that, a slip and a handball we got fully done. Its literally the only game he's shown up in.

The fans are singing Carrick's name. I really can't see what good it would do getting rid of Carrick right now. Their next six games are all tough. The easiest option would seem to be to give him until January and hope he turns it around then back him in Jan or if he doesn't turn it around, sack him and bring in someone else who has a month to bring in 3-4 of their own players.

Being a football manager is a stressful job. Carrick gets paid over £100k a WEEK. He can resign if he wants, but I don't have to feel sorry for him.

They should make Fernandes player manager and tell him to get on with it if he’s got so much to say and see how he does at managing.

Eddie Howe would be a good appointment imo. Too soon for McKenna. He needs to go to a smaller Prem club first.

If I'm the potential new "interim manager", I think I'll wait for a couple of weeks.

| That's Carrick done now, no way back (n/t) on 19:36 - Oct 25 with 1191 views | Sparky85 | He will get sack, of course he will. Someone needs to remind the Man U board on the definition of insanity. Club is rotten to the core and without hierarchical change they’re going nowhere. This is a club that: Lets a player like Pogba leave on a free, buys him back for £90m then lets him leave on a free Fails to renew De Gea’s contract then spends £50m on a bang average replacement Signs Anthony for £90m, Maguire for £80m etc etc Backed Ole to bring through youth then completely goes against this philosophy just because there was a rumour Ronaldo would go to city Turned down the chance to sign Haaland for £17m The list goes on I sincerely hope that any other young English manager with a decent reputation gives the a very wide berth | | | |
