There would need to be outgoings in terms of squad numbers wouldn't there? That said, I assume you mean significant outgoings rather than those who aren't making match day squads.
I would also imagine that any player who it is becoming public knowledge that Everton are after is probably some way down the line with negotiations and we might be wasting our time trying to outbid them. |  |

As the other post suggests we have a good few players to sell on in January to open squad places up and add some revenue.
I mean if we don't got for him he is def the kind of player we should be going for profile wise, he has a lot going for him for 22 and would be a quality squad addition. | | | |

Another than might actually be worth a look more in the 'value' range would be Gudjohnson at Blackburn. I'm more look at the data angle here as haven't seen a lot of him but impressive pedigree went through Barcelona and Real Madrid youths (Madrid having identified him as a top prospect). 12 international goals for Iceland and now on fire at Blackburn. 9 in 12.
