Yes, that is pretty obvious isn't it. However, I was chatting to a lawyer friend about it who said that there needs to be some more solid evidence as proof of intent.
I just can't work out her motive although the Judge has said there needn't be one if intent can be proved.

Weren't the mushrooms she used out-of-season, so 'allegedly' she picked them months before, then used a device to dry them out to preserve them...the device she subsequently dumped at a recycling centre days or weeks later? |  |
