Adelaide is the most beautiful part of Australia in my opinion although I only spent about a month there. The grass bank is the best place to watch the test match on. Mind you it was 20 years ago since I went there and they have since put up 2 huge stands. But I think the grass bank remains.
The one thing I will recommend though is if the Aussies lose a test then make yourself scarce.
As for Melbourne I strongly recommend going down to st Kilda beach and watching the afl team training down there. Fascinating. |  | | |
