I love that every time he wins manager of the month, he makes a real point of crediting his whole team, has the group photo etc.

Yes he upped the ante in this particular arms race with the group photo.

He's just so down to earth. Doesn't get carried away with anything, including his own laurels. Leading by example. He has many fine qualities, and I think his character in all senses of the term is chief amongst them.
