Feels like a TWTD topic, so what would everyone be?

I'd probably be a mild cheddar, as I'm not that interesting, but I'm also definitely not mature!

PS. Came about as the Bell foundry workers in this video get into the important topic while working (watch the video because it's interesting if you get time, but the cheese keeps popping up during the whole thing)
