Thrown out and rightly so. A very distasteful episode hopefully put to bed now.

It just about sums up the money grabbing greed which seems to be endemic in football.
Interesting how the legal team tries to dress it up as something initiated for the player.

All rather disgusting. Assume Cardiff went the no win no fee route and those vultures took the case on.

Sadly I think it’s at risk of being appealed. Saw today that there is some mystery party who put £12m into Cardiff specifically relating to the legal claim.

“ This confidence – which now seems wholly misplaced – was clearly shared by a party which put in £12m as a non-refundable sum (see 2025 audited accounts) to take a share of a successful outcome.

It now appears that it will take a few weeks for the club owner to decide if it will lodge an (allowed) appeal against today’s decision. Part of that decision may be based on potential pressure from the organisation that put up the £12m.”
