Little bit less than first thought I guess, but limits the damage on that transfer and allows everyone to move on.

Pity, because he is probably the best keeper on our books but was never going to come back here. You wonder if we had adopted a more pragmatic style from the beginning if it would have benefited him?

Given the reported interest from elsewhere, they've probably assured him that they will be selling him to the highest bidder (perhaps Juventus) within the coming weeks.
