| Any apple iPad experts around 15:46 - Jun 16 with 388 views | Pinewoodblue | Mine died last Monday purchased replacement but unable to connect to iCloud to download content. I have no record of My Apple account access code. There is an alternative route but that has failed. They sent an 6 digit code by email, then another to my phone. They then asked for the full number of the card attached to my account. Problem is they asked for details of an old card which I have destroyed. Apple are security minded. They send an email within 24 hours then another 5 days later saying clear to resubmit request. Followed on screen instructions, exactly the same as submitted previously and of course still couldn't give the information requested. Phoned Apple support have to wait another 6 days.. They cannot override the system. Asked if this was a common problem answer was it wasn't uncommon. Any suggestions? |  |
