Just thought I'd ask the great minds of TWTD: Does anyone have any suggestions/tips for the cheapest possible long-term storage options in Suffolk (or surrounding areas)? I am looking to rent my property out and I need somewhere to dump a house-worth of stuff.

Obviously depends a lot on how much you value the stuff but is it possible to rent the property furnished to limit the amount you need to store? Also, would it be more economic to sell/dump stuff or do you intend to use it again? |  |

With the new rental laws the agent has suggested non-furnished is better. As a tenant can now leave at any time, if they've not had to furnish it themselves they are more likely to move on quickly. Which means I lose money, and have to pay a set-up fee again the next time someone takes it.
As for whether I should just sell it all... I am not 100% sure whether I will or won't ever want to move back here and need it again. | |

Will your "house-worth of stuff" fit into a certain over-ambitious trophy room, about 45 miles down the A140? It's not housing much at the moment and I'm sure its owners would appreciate the rental fee.
