That's been understandable with the post 1980s largely middle-of-the-road Tory/Labour mish-mash of policy and similar levels of competence (with a few notable exceptions, perhaps!)
The difference, the MASSIVE THREAT we face now, is not just extreme and ill-considered policy, it's the colossal incompetence of a potential government led by a charlatan and populated by dim mouthpieces.
Even if you think you half agree with some of their headline policies, look at the calibre of the people who would be implementing government and be very, very, very afraid. |  |

I'm no fan of this Labour administration, they're weak and directionless and consequently have wasted opportunities and funds, but imagine what would happen if Reform were to get in in 2029.
