In our illustrious history we've only had 18 permanent managers in since turning professionals.
Only two managers didn't last a full year in the position...Paul Hurst and Paul Cook.

We have a history of giving managers time. While Gary O'Neil wouldn't be my choice we have to support him and the team and realise that 17th is success. We won't win every game and we won't dominate possession. Every point is an achievement in this league and we know how big the gap is between Championship and Premier League.
We need to be pragmatic, we need to be hard to play against, we need to compete, we need to make Portman Road a hostile atmosphere for opponents.
