1 hour & 20 mins & still number 10 in the queue!

Trying to forward my season ticket to another connected family member and it won't blooming work. Anyone had the same issue & resolved?

Yes, it's an absolute nightmare today.

I seem to be going further back in the queue the longer I wait. Snagged a Liverpool ticket this am, so can't complain too much.

I had the same issue when upgrading my season ticket for my brother. It won't accept payment. I emailed the club and they replied very quickly that it's a system bug. They said to pop in or phone up and they will happily sort it. I had read before the phone lines are awful at the minute so I will pop in on my day off next week. But they also said the problem will be sorted immentley. However when I forwarded my daughter's ticket that didn't need upgrading it went through fine. Just check you have the strong relationship part checked.

Classic fob off.
Its in page 4 of how to get customers off the phone quickly handbook.

Tell them to pop into the office and they can sort it quickly, knowing that there isn't actually an office. But at least it gets the costumer off the phone.

Yesterday they were making use of the away match ticket office in the Cobbold Stand. I got my Leicester ticket there as I had problems trying to do it online. If you can get to the stadium, its a lot easier than relying on phone or e mail really

Yeah I had this issue last week. Two hours on hold and then paid upgrade over phone.
