Can someone make sense of this please? 07:02 - Aug 26 with 501 viewsbariotneblue

Forgive my ignorance but I’ve been checking semi-frequently for Liverpool home tickets and every now and then one comes up. It’s a single seat on its own in the FF block (obviously a family area). When going to book it the website tells me that I need to book a child seat next to it but there is no seat available. Surely the club wouldn’t just let the seat go to waste? I get the reasoning for safeguarding purposes but seems a bit daft
