Ummm, if you haven't had your ADHD assessment yet, book one, will you?
And when you get your appointment I suggest "Self Sabotage" as one of the discussion points!
(I have an ADHD diagnosis. This isn't anti-neuro-divergent hate speech.)

ah, not quite. It was a project i was going to propose to them. I noticed that on Twitter they then started following me, and they didn't follow many, so I messaged to say hello and ask why. They were nice, we chatted. but for external reasons the project I was thinking around couldn't happen so I never followed up with the email he had given me.
I do a lot of things with a lot of people, some quite known, others not, and that one just didn't start. :)
