I got as far as the opening words of the second paragraph to realise it would be rubbish and probably even harmful (or at least have none of the claimed benefits).

Bizarrely the debate I read yesterday on here over these jacket spuds I have never heard of has made me want to try them!

Easy - grab a baking potato, touch of olive oil, salt and pepper - pop in the over for 20 mins at 200, then 45 mins to an hour at 180.

Topping of your choice, but def need butter.
