I think the camera missed it. I saw Lampard walking away as his support staff were looking for Keiran handshakes. Guess he got his handshake done quickly and cleared off.

He kept trying to shake the fourth official's hand before the final whistle. I am sure he was keen to get gone as soon as the whistle went (or before). He spent most of the second half sat slumped in his seat (at least whenever the camera was on him).
