Not too far from Woodbridge is Revetts butchers in the village of Wickham Market who might sell venison sausages. If not, get some of their 'normal' sausages - best in Suffolk!
Alternatively, you could try Huttons of Earl Soham - another great butchers shop in Suffolk but a little further away from Woodbridge.

The butchers in the Turban Centre in Woodbridge near the big Co-op might be worth a try. It was recently taken over by the guy who owns the adjacent greengrocers and looks really smart, looks the sort of place that might be able to help.
Incidentally, Woodbridge must be one of the few places in the UK that has a top quality fishmonger, greengrocer and butcher all within fifty yards of each other.
