All have been signed to improve the first team. That creates the managerial challenges of integrating them and not demotivating the rest of the squad. We played very well v Bristol C last time out; Newcastle away is tough, but we then play Pompey away, which we could well win and catch up some points. I think we will stay up. | | | |

Whilst the step up has been significant, the women can hold their heads up high for the way they have responded and started to be more competitive over the last few months.
