I thought Mehmeti was our most likely source of a goal, the one player who looked to go forward and shoot. McKenna didn't like that and hooked him as his backward passing ratio wasn't good enough. | |

Yes agree 100%. Unfortunately Sammie needs to move on showed moments and scored the odd good goal but on the whole been disappointing. He will score goals in another team who play a different style but his injury record is now a worry and we need a creative player in the 10 role and that that is not him. He won’t force his way into the team as a left winger so we should take the money and wish him all the best apart from when he plays us.

Szmodics has largely been a passenger as no.10 as well, and too often been unavailable. Nunez and Memehti are definitely upgrades in that role. Have to disagree on this £6m will be good business for a player that sadly hasn’t fit our system and has had an unfortunate run of injuries. | | | |
