Doing a good job of throwing the game subtly. Playing well enough to look like they're trying but making sure they fluff it when it counts. Textbook stuff, cue a 1-0 defeat from a penalty or poorly defended set piece. |  |

A pattern seems to be emerging with Millwall. We should have been two or three goals up at half time, Boro the same and now the Budgies. If it goes to the usual plan Millwall will get the three points.
Failure to score against them when on top is costing teams enormously.
They are a gritty team that just hangs in there,have the odd one or two decent players and the rest are like their centre back a big lump who can't pass, takes as long as a supertanker to turn around, but is effective and really that's all you need. | | | |

Typical Millwall. Just stay in the game for 45 minutes, have a very good keeper. Then take advantage of it second half. They are very well organised. Some seem to equate that with not being very good but it is effective at getting the points. Far more effective than being better than the opposition all over the pitch and lacking the organisation or concentration to defend for a full 90 minutes.
A draw here would be great for us. 4 points behind with 3 games in hand. Win one, draw one and lose one and all we then have to do is match them over the others (as long as Boro don't exceed that significantly). |  |
