Another game this season we didn’t quite put together the complete performance.
They have been there. Coventry &
Norwich both home and away etc., but unfortunately overshadowed in my opinion by our record against the lower half.
I have been saying this for a while, I think we could be sleep walking into the play offs. My view hasn’t really changed.
Look, we are second on merit and also have a game in hand… it’s not a toys out the pram situation by any means. Our record since the close of the summer window has us getting enough ppg to see it through.
We have gone on some good runs - see prior to Portsmouth. But the performances themselves have kept me worried ever since I made my first post back in December. We have “that” result in us.
Simply put we haven’t taken our chances to be out of reach now. Now we are being seriously chased I’m not sure this team (unlike 2 years ago) has the bottle for it.
It really is “must win” Wednesday. If we don’t, I can’t see us going up automatic.
