No. They were bought expensively and will go elsewhere for similar money.

Bowen, Fernandez, Summerville - terrific players, not that it did West Ham much good.

Reading a good article on BBC about their transfer dealings. Huge contracts for average players. A 31 year old given a four year deal. Seven year deal for one player. It’s a mess! I would think a lot of their players who will be available will be expensive to do deals for. Much better value in Europe.

Sounds like a certain other club not far from here buying lots of old and expensive players.
We can confidantly expect them to fail to off load most of them then. Div 1 beckons.
