Rumour bid is £14m, my Sunderland supporting neighbour is still laughing, he thinks that's a typo as it will need to be closer to £41m before Sunderland will sell.
His point being European football will put pressure on the squad, Sunderland don't need to sell and he had an excellent season in the Prem last season.
Hence Sunderland would only sell for a crazy amount.

Note, I don't believe my neighbour actually believes the £41m but I see his point.
