Only Enciso as I plan to BB in GW2, with Cov players against Hull, and then likely bring Diop in for van Ewijk afterwards.

I've gone for Sindre. I think he could be a really useful wildcard option if he starts getting regular minutes, and at just £4.5m he's a bit of a no-brainer as a bench option for now. |  | | |

I'm using bench boost game week one so I didn't pick Enciso as I'm not sure he starts Saturday?
Fatawu missed the last pre season game and whilst I'm sure he'll start, Maeda is the guaranteed starter choice. | |

I've gone Davis, Maeda and Emersonn to begin with. Probably swap out Emersonn for Enciso in the coming weeks.

Egeli seems to have worked his way into the reckoning there. He still has it all to prove but I think he'll get his chance under GON.
Right: Fatawu - McAteer
Centre: Enciso - Egeli
Left: Maeda - Philogene / Clarke
9: Emersonn - Akpom
As the squad stands now I think the above is 1 / 2 in those positions. We'll upgrade on Akpom in the next 10 days and I'm not sure what the future holds for Mehmeti, I think he could leave. | | | |

I'd completely forgot about Mehmeti, which is annoying because I rate him. Might be more suited to the LW position though, which is pretty stacked now.

I find it staggering to think he's gone from not being in the squad for a promotion deciding game in May (nor Southampton away), to being good enough to start in our PL curtain raiser. Enciso's clearly the main man in the 10. If Enciso was ever unavailable we could see Maeda there, with Philogene or Clarke on the left which is probably a cuter way of getting the most dangerous players on the pitch together. When both Enciso and Maeda start though I think Egeli will get minutes off the bench, as most of our forward options aren't 10's. | | | |

Initially had Leif and Dara playing and Egeli on the bench to allow me to fill out the expensive first team.
Leif has been jettisoned now….watch him pick up a clean sheet and 2 assists against Sunderland now.
I was also trying to avoid heart over head that cost me last time … specifically with Leif…. And also I have no idea who is definitely playing and I can only presume the captain is. |  |
